Thanks, Nobody and Adam. I took these photos this month, literally one day apart.
I'll explain the difference. This has nothing to do with theology but with finance. The Haifa hospital already has the funding in place. In Jerusalem they are still looking for funding (IY'H - god willing)!
Well, I am pretty much sure that it's not the ultras who are building that hospital in Jerusalem. However, whatever the truth is, it captures well the difference between the two cities. It's just hilarious
